For over 60 years, the town of Heppenheim has hosted one of the most beautiful summer festivals on the Bergstrasse. The wine market is one of the most important wine festivals in Hesse and is visited by about 80,000 people every year. Local restaurants and vintners will entice you with their regional culinary offering as you stroll along the charming streets of the old town. Also on offer are live music productions and other entertainment events.

Heinerfest is an annual festival in Darmstadt city center. The Erbacher Wiesenmarkt in the Odenwald is one of Hessen's largest festivals. It starts at 15:00 on Friday the 20th of July and ends at midnight on Sunday, July 29th. Visitors will find rides, food/drink vendors, sales vendors, events and exhibitions.
